Terms

Regular Kathak classes are held at our New Rajender Nagar studio. Schedules and batch assignments are set by the institute and communicated at admission. Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, follow the dress code, and participate respectfully in all sessions.

Fees are due on the 10th of the applicable month. Current rates:

• Monthly: — per month
• Quarterly: — per quarter

Late charges, applied automatically when an invoice is overdue:

• Monthly invoices: ₹500 added if unpaid after the due date
• Quarterly invoices: ₹1,500 added if unpaid after the due date

Family discounts and other adjustments may apply at the institute's discretion; these are reflected in the per-student amount on the invoice.

Students may attend select classes online (via Zoom) when this option has been pre-arranged with the institute. Online access is enabled per-student per-class by the institute and is not available by default. The Join class online button on your dashboard will only be active for the classes you have been granted access to.

The institute may reschedule or cancel a class for festivals, exam weeks, or unavoidable circumstances. Where appropriate, the institute will compensate via adjustment or makeup class. Cancellations are communicated via push notification and email.

Where students appear for university or board examinations through the institute, the associated examination fee is passed through to the university or board and is not included in the regular monthly/quarterly fee.

Fees once paid are non-refundable. No refunds or pro-ration are issued for student absenteeism.

All students, parents, and staff are expected to maintain courteous and respectful behavior on campus and in online sessions. Persistent breaches may result in suspension or termination of enrolment at the institute's discretion.
